Compliance Statement

This page is maintained by the owner of AutoProspector Pro to answer common compliance questions about how our service works. It describes our current practices and the division of responsibility between us and our customers. It is not a certification, an audit result, or legal advice.

1. What we provide

AutoProspector Pro provides business prospecting data: company-level and role-level contact records compiled from publicly available business sources using AI-assisted research, then verified and de-duplicated. See How We Source Leads and our Verification Process.

2. What we do not claim

• We do not claim that contacts have opted in to receive marketing from you. Records are compiled from public business information, not from consumer consent capture.
• We do not sell consumer (B2C) data or special-category personal data.
• We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI or GDPR “certification”, and we do not represent that any outreach you send is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Customer responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for how you use delivered data, including compliance with laws applicable to your jurisdiction, your recipients’ jurisdictions, and your intended use. Depending on your activity this may include:

• Email marketing rules (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL).
• Telemarketing and SMS rules (for example TCPA, state calling laws, do-not-call lists).
• Privacy and data-protection laws (for example GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other state laws).
• Sector-specific advertising and licensing rules that apply to your business.

Practical obligations include: accurate sender identification, a working unsubscribe mechanism, honouring opt-out and deletion requests promptly, suppression-list hygiene, and screening against do-not-call registries where required. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy.

4. Data subject and removal requests

If a person or business asks to be removed from our research dataset, email support@autoprospector.pro and we will process the request and add the record to our suppression list. Requests relating to outreach you have already sent must be handled by you as the sender.

5. Platform and hosting

The application runs on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, role-based access control, row-level database authorization, and administrator multi-factor authentication. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor; we never store card numbers.

6. Certifications

Formal certifications or attestations held by the company: Certifications held (if any) — to be provided. Nothing on this site should be read as claiming a certification we have not published evidence for.

Report a suspected vulnerability or security concern to support@autoprospector.pro with “SECURITY” in the subject line. Please do not publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
