Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AutoProspector Pro, operated by AutoProspector Pro. Business telephone: 813-702-9446. Legal notices may be sent to support@autoprospector.pro; a postal address for service is available on request. If these Terms conflict with the Master Customer Order Agreement, that Agreement governs.

Current offering

AutoProspector Pro’s active, publicly purchasable product is the AI Autopilot subscription — software and AI credits for business analysis, targeting, lead cleaning, CRM, AI email campaigns and funnels, used with contacts you import or collect yourself. AutoProspector Pro does not currently sell lead-volume packages or verified-lead delivery to new customers.

Legacy lead-package terms

The sections below describe lead-volume packages and verified-lead delivery that AutoProspector Pro previously sold. These packages are no longer offered for new purchase; the terms are retained because they continue to govern historical orders placed while those packages were active. What "verified" meant for those orders: Verification checks email formatting, domain status, mail-server availability, duplication, and available business information. Verification does not mean the contact opted in, and it does not guarantee delivery, a response, or a sale.

Use of service

Your use of the AI Autopilot subscription and any legacy lead deliverables must be lawful, as described in our Compliance Statement, Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. Resale or redistribution of raw lead files from a historical order is prohibited.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single business; sharing access to deliver files to third parties is not permitted.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Recurring subscription packages have no minimum term. You may stop future renewals at any time from your account dashboard (Account → Billing); your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and amounts already billed are not refundable except where required by law.

If you upgrade or downgrade between recurring subscription packages, the change takes effect under the normal billing terms shown at the time of the change.

The Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.

Lifetime Membership (legacy — closed to new purchases)

The Lifetime Membership is discontinued and closed to new purchases; the terms below remain in force only for customers who already hold a Lifetime Membership. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the individual whose name is registered to the Lifetime account. The Lifetime Membership is personal to that registered individual and is non-transferable: it may not be resold, assigned, shared, gifted, or transferred to another person or entity, and it does not pass to heirs, successors or acquirers.

The primary account and contact identity on a Lifetime account is locked. A member who requires a legitimate identity or contact change must contact support@autoprospector.pro for review and approval rather than changing the registered identity themselves. Sharing Lifetime access, or using it to deliver data on behalf of third parties, is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension without refund.

Lifetime lead allocation. Lifetime Members (discontinued plan, existing members only) received 10,000 verified leads per month, delivered in two batches: 5,000 within 72 hours and the remaining 5,000 within 144 hours of onboarding completion. Paused or unused months do not accumulate. This plan is applied to the discontinued Lifetime membership and is not sold to new customers.

Lifetime members may pause monthly lead fulfillment at any time from their account when they do not need additional leads, and resume later. A pause temporarily suspends lead delivery only — it is not a cancellation or termination of the Lifetime Membership, and membership access continues during a pause. Paused months do not accrue or accumulate leads for later delivery unless expressly agreed in writing.

Quality remedy and refunds

AI Autopilot (current offering): billed in advance and non-refundable for the current billing period. There is no minimum term; you can stop future renewals from Account → Billing at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Legacy lead orders: deliverables from lead-volume packages were digital products created specifically for the customer. The remedy for an invalid record was replacement, requested within 7 days of delivery. Refund eligibility for those historical orders is governed exclusively by the Lead Quality Guarantee & Replacement Policy — refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or expressly approved by AutoProspector Pro. No other page creates refund rights.

Non-waivable rights. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or waives any right or remedy you may have that cannot lawfully be waived under the consumer-protection, statutory or card-network rules that apply to you, including any statutory cancellation or refund right and your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

Disputes and chargebacks. We ask that you contact support@autoprospector.pro before filing a chargeback so we can review the order — most issues are resolved faster directly. This is a request, not a waiver of your right to dispute a charge. Where a chargeback is filed in bad faith after delivery, we may suspend the account and pursue amounts owed.

Fulfillment (legacy lead orders)

For historical lead-volume orders, the standard fulfillment target was 72 hours from onboarding completion; large-volume and multi-batch orders completed within 144 hours. These were targets, not guaranteed dates. Details: Lead Delivery Policy. AI Autopilot access is provisioned automatically on successful subscription payment.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the services and data are provided “as is”. We do not warrant response rates, conversions, revenue outcomes, or exclusivity of records. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Anti-Spam Policy, without refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, USA, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.
