These Terms govern your use of AutoProspector Pro, operated by Legal business name — to be provided. If these Terms conflict with the Master Customer Order Agreement, that Agreement governs.

Use of service

AutoProspector Pro provides done-for-you verified business prospect data. You agree to use the data lawfully, as described in our Compliance Statement, Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. Resale or redistribution of raw lead files is prohibited.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single business; sharing access to deliver files to third parties is not permitted.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

Quality remedy and refunds

Deliverables are digital products created specifically for you. Your remedy for an invalid record is replacement, requested within 7 days of delivery. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Lead Quality Guarantee & Replacement Policy — refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or expressly approved by AutoProspector Pro. No other page creates refund rights.

Delivery

Target delivery is 5 business days from onboarding completion (10 for large volumes). Targets are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Details: Lead Delivery Policy.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the services and data are provided “as is”. We do not warrant response rates, conversions, revenue outcomes, or exclusivity of records. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Anti-Spam Policy, without refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Governing law — to be provided, with exclusive venue in Dispute venue — to be provided.
