Verification Process

Every AutoProspector Pro order passes through the same eight steps. We publish them so you can judge the quality standard before you buy.
Your onboarding intake is turned into a research brief. AI-assisted research compiles candidate businesses from publicly available sources — see How We Source Leads.
Fields are normalised (company name casing, phone formatting, country/region codes), junk and placeholder values are stripped, and records missing required fields are dropped rather than shipped incomplete.
Each address passes syntax validation, domain existence and MX-record checks, plus mailbox-level checks where the provider allows it. Known invalid, disposable and role-based addresses are removed when a named contact is required.
Records are de-duplicated by email, domain and business identity within the file, and cross-checked against earlier orders on your account so you are not sold the same business twice.
A human reviewer samples the run against your written intake — right industry, right role, right geography — and rejects the batch back to research if the sample fails.
Your file (CSV/XLSX) is uploaded to your account and announced by email, typically within 5 business days of onboarding completion (up to 10 for large volumes). Every plan includes a 10% buffer of extra verified records.
You have 7 days from delivery to review the file and flag any records that do not meet the standard.
Send the affected rows plus proof (bounce message, closure evidence, or intake mismatch). We respond within 2 business days and replace confirmed invalid rows free of charge. Full terms: Lead Quality Guarantee & Replacement Policy.
Limits of verification
Verification confirms that a business exists and that an address is technically deliverable at the time of checking. Business data changes constantly — people leave roles and companies close — so no provider, including us, can guarantee a permanently accurate record. That is why the replacement window exists.
